Our course salt can be used in a grinder or as it is.  It is dissolves easily and quickly because of the composition of the salt granules.  It has not been processed, its 100% natural and is hand harvested

You will notice our salts are moist, which is normal for a true sea salt. Our sea salt is hand harvested with techniques passed down in families through generations.
