Shipping policy

We ship on Wednesday of every week. We do not offer express shipping at this time. If any order needs to be mailed promptly, we suggest reaching out to us on Instagram messages or through the website messaging tool. We have one option for mailing and it is as listed at checkout. If you have not received your order within 7 days of placing your order, we suggest waiting another 7 days to ensure the delivery isn't just delayed. Once a package has not been delivered within 14 days, we reserve the right to deny any returns or replacement of product if the purchaser provided the wrong location for delivery or pick up. If an item arrives damaged (broken/sharp glass, broken seal, broken wood or broken metal) we do not take responsibility for any injuries that might occur in opening the product or its packaging. We suggest all boxes be opened with as much care as possible. If the product was damaged during shipping due to our lack of packaging, we request it be returned and pictures be sent to our email casabellavida19@gmail.com (see instructions in return policy) and we'll replace the product once the damaged item is received. If an item was damaged due to the shipping carrier, a claim will be initiated and the product with either be replaced within 14 days or within the time the carrier resolves the issue. Our items are all unique and no two are the same. When receiving an item as a replacement, there is no guarantee it will match the first one purchased or received. Since all items are imported from Mexico, we cannot guarantee the sterilization of non food items such as cups, bowls, utensils etc. and highly encourage all items be washed before used.
