Flor de Sal, the most delicate part of the salt harvest, is flaky and fine.  It has not been processed, its 100% natural and is hand harvested  It is a perfect finishing salt for cookies, candies, or anything you might add a special touch to.

Our coarse salt can be used in a grinder or as it is.  It is dissolves easily and quickly because of the composition of the salt granules.

Harvested from ancient salt beds bordering the sea, our salt is free of micro plastics, has 82 necessary minerals and many more trace minerals. You will notice our salts are moist, which is normal for a true sea salt. Our sea salt is hand harvested with techniques passed down in families through generations.
